Apart from Human Capital Group, 6 search companies exist in Denmark, who are engaged solely in performing executive searches at executive, functional and specialist levels. A number of these search companies also offer management assessment as a part of their services.
From a client’s point of view, it may be difficult to differentiate between the services provided by the various search companies, as the result may often be the same – appointing the final candidate. The situation and the needs may vary in each individual case and this combined may result in a random choice of search company based on limited knowledge at the time or on a recommendation from others.
The evaluation of the individual search company and its services can however be qualified considerably if you as a customer, in advance of the selection process, determine your selection criteria together with the role you wish to play in the process.
